Shooting Masterclass: Athletes who take this course, will undergo a variety of different shooting drills that will allow them to shoot effortlessly from the midrange and beyond. They will learn how to shoot under pressure, and maintain good form in high stakes situations.

Lockdown Defense: Athletes who take this course will develop defense strategies that will allow them to stay disciplined and gaurd the ball effectively. They will learn on-ball defense and team defense that will give them a strong foundation. This course also includes conditining to further improve defensive stances.

Dribbling Fundamentals: This basic course aims to give athletes fundamental ball handling situations that will make them effectively use their dribbles. This course is especially useful for guards who are looking to improve their dribbling skills. Only simple, yet effective moves will be taught in order to master the basics.
